This is a recipe that my mom has made for years. Very yummy Fall soup!
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
4-5 carrots, sliced
center of celery stalk with leaves, chopped
2 zucchini, diced
1 small head cauliflower, chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes
pepper to taste
parsley flakes
basil flakes
2 T. chicken boullion granules (or two cubes)
6 cups water
2 cans green beans, drained
Simmer about 40 minutes
